Hokan Teriyaki Sauce and Marinade

Naturally brewed and aged. Hokan Teriyaki sauce can be used as an all purpose table sauce and marinade. Use in place of soy sauce for a unique change in flavor. Marinate salmon, tuna or swordfish in Teriyaki Sauce for a minimum of 15 minutes, preferably 1 hour. Grill, saute or broil 3 minutes on each side and serve with additional Teriyaki Sauce. Garnish with thin sliced lemon, orange, ginger or cucumber.
